Export of main cheese in February 2016 compared to February 2015 increased in volumes for Fresh cheeses incl. mozzarella, cheese and ricotta (+26.6%), Grated or powered cheeses (+18.7%), Provolone (+12.2%), Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano (+5.4%), Gorgonzola (+4.9%) while decreased for Asiago, Montasio, Ragusano, Caciocavallo (-5.5%), Pecorino and Fiore Sardo (-19.9%).
